Summer School 2018

The first DTU Offshore Summer School on 'Mature oil fields' took place at DTU and AAU from August 5 to August 18, 2018.

The purposes of the summer school was to provide participants with a high level of interdisciplinary training on the fundamental processes and recent methodological advances that have emerged in the study and development of mature oil fields. During this school, we explored in detail the role of these processes and methods in collaboration with experts from the industry. The school was specifically designed to provide participants with a common background on the fundamental concepts of oil production in mature oil field.
