CCS Conference 2025
On May 26, 2025, we hosted our fourth CCS conference at Rungstedgaard, welcoming over 150 participants from academia, industry, and authorities.

This year’s conference focused on the risks and challenges associated with upscaling the CCS value chain in Denmark. We explored topics ranging from the maturation of CO2 storage sites and the construction of capture plants to the importance of connecting all links in the capture, transport, and storage chain. While many projects have made impressive progress over the past year, significant uncertainties and challenges remain. It is essential to keep the momentum going and ensure that we address these collectively.
Throughout the day, Danish and international speakers shared their insights and perspectives on how to mature and upscale CCS projects in Denmark.
